Ir is unforgiveable that I have not
written to you before this about your article
on education for Confluence. I regret to say
that we were unable to use your article under
our topic on education, and I am therefore
returning it to you, with the hope that you
will be able to place it elsewhere. I am
enclosing both sorry that we are unable to
use it, as I personally liked it very much.
